The Asia Festival is seeking nominations for non-profit organizations, small businesses and individuals that have demonstrated outstanding contributions in their field and in community service to the Greater Austin and Asian American community. Asian American Non-profit Organization Excellence Award

Award description: This award recognizes an organization based in Austin, Texas that has been actively successful in promoting the Asian culture through community involvement in civic, cultural, social, health, education, leadership and collaborative programs.

Eligibility:

Must be founded and operated by Asian Americans

Have 25 or more members

Have not won an award in the last three years

Asian American Small Business Excellence Award

Award description: This award recognizes a Small Business entity in Travis or Williamson County based on their demonstrated commitment to the advancement of the industry, excellent service and positive contributions to the community.

Eligibility:

Must be owned and operated by an Asian American

Have 100 or less employees

Have not won an award in the last three years

Asian American Individual Community Service Excellance Award

Award description: This award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated outstanding volunteer services to the community in the areas of leadership, coordination of cultural activities, improvement of health and well-being.

Eligibility:

Must be Asian American

Must be 18 years of age

Must reside in Travis or Williamson County

Have not won an award in the last three years
